By using GeoGuessr Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
GeoGuessr Pro is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered location analysis for educational and entertainment purposes. The service analyzes screenshots to identify geographic locations.
3. Disclaimer
GeoGuessr Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to GeoGuessr AB or the GeoGuessr game. "GeoGuessr" is a trademark of GeoGuessr AB. We are an independent third-party tool.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service responsibly. You may use GeoGuessr Pro:
- For personal learning and entertainment
- To improve your geography knowledge
- In casual, non-competitive gameplay
We discourage using the Service:
- In ranked or competitive matches where it may be considered unfair
- To misrepresent your skill level to others
- In tournaments or prize competitions
5. Subscription and Payments
Free Tier
The free tier provides 3 analyses per day at no cost.
Pro Subscription
- Monthly: $3.99/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Lifetime: $9.99 one-time payment, perpetual access
Crypto Payments
We accept cryptocurrency payments. Contact crypto@geoguessr.xyz for manual processing. Crypto payments are non-refundable once the license is issued.
6. Refund Policy
- Stripe/ExtensionPay: 7-day refund window, no questions asked
- Crypto: Refunds evaluated case-by-case; contact support

7. License and Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the Service
- Share your license key with others
- Reverse engineer the extension or API
- Use the Service to compete with us commercially
8. AI Analysis Accuracy
Our AI provides predictions based on visual analysis. We do not guarantee accuracy. Results are estimates and should not be relied upon for any critical purposes.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
10. Termination
We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through ExtensionPay or by contacting support.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoGuessr Pro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
